We are sure you will love you your waterproof jewelry from first sight, but of course we offer a 14 day return and regret policy from the day you received your package.

Exchanges are handled just like returns, and you are welcome to place your next order right away.

To start a return, simply reach out to us at hello@houseofnori.com. For fast help, please make sure to share your order number and specify which products and quantities you wish to return. We will then quickly get back to you with instructions.

Hey friend, this is your chance to help us become better. We encourage you to share your feedback as it helps us improve. Maybe you are returning the item because of size/length? Maybe you did not expect the style or color? Or maybe you just regret your purchase? Please let us know! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For returns from Sweden, we will send you a return label and reserve the right to deduct a handling and shipping fee of 50 SEK.

For returns from outside Sweden, you will have to accommodate for shipping by yourself. Reach out to us to register your return and we will get back to you with more information- For returns from outside of Sweden, we reserve the right to deduct a handling fee of 5 EUR.

Once we have received your return, we will process it within 2-5 working days. Once we have processed your return, we will issue a refund to the same payment method as when you did the purchase. You can expect the refund within a couple of days after it has been issued, duration will depend on the chosen payment.
