House of Nori are proud to provide customers within Sweden, the European Union (EU), and USA with Waterproof and Tarnish free Jewelry.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within Sweden and for orders with total order value above 600 SEK, 60 EUR, or 60 USD.

Deliveries within Sweden will be made using PostNord as courier and the shipping is free.
Deliveries outside of Sweden, i.e. withing the European Union (EU) or USA will be made using PostNord as courier and the shipping fee is 10 EUR or 10 USD unless you are entitled to free shipping based on total order value.

Once your order has been handled and shipped from us you will receive a notification from the courier via Email and/or SMS about the progress for your shipment. For more information regarding your shipment at this stage, please contact the courier.

All items are shipped from Sweden and the delivery time is usually 2-5 working days. For more detailed information about your shipment and delivery date/time, please contact the appropriate courier.

You as the customer are solely responsible for providing us with the correct and complete information needed for the courier to deliver the parcel. This includes making sure that you have entered the correct and complete address, as well as name matching the name on your mailbox/postbox at check-out. 

For packages not picked up and/or automatically returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you applicable shipping fee and a handling fee of 200 SEK / 20 EUR or 20 USD.

For packages shipped outside the European Union (EU), we are not responsible for potential duty issued to you as a result of shipping to your country.

Exchange Policy

We are sure you will love your new jewelry from first sight, just like we do. However, if you wish to make an exchange the fastest way is to complete a return in accordance with the below Return Policy and then simply place a new order.

Regret Policy

To keep our customers happy, we are quick to process and ship your order. However, if you regret your purchase, you must pick up the package and then complete a return in accordance with the below Return Policy. 
For packages not picked up and/or automatically returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you applicable shipping fee and a handling fee of 200 SEK / 20 EUR or 20 USD.

Return and Refund Policy

While we are sure you will love your jewelry from first sight, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We reserve the right to deduct a shipping fee of 50 SEK (returns from within Sweden) / 10 EUR or 10 USD (returns from outside of Sweden) for your return.

To start a return, you must contact us at from the email address you used when completing the order. When making a return request, please make sure to include information of your order number and relevant contact information such as your Name and Email to help us process your request quicker. 

Once we have processed your return request, we will send you a return shipping label and applicable instructions on how to complete your return.  

Please print the return shipping label and attach it to the return package in accordance with the courier’s instructions/recommendations.
Please keep in mind that you are responsible for appropriately packaging the items and attaching the return label to avoid damages and making sure we receive your return. 

We recommend reusing the same package that you got from us for the return, if it is still in good condition. 
This helps lowering our environmental impact by reusing packaging material which is in good condition.

It may take up to 14 days for us to receive your return and we usually need 2-5 working days to process it. Once we have processed your return and deducted applicable shipping/administrative fee, we will issue a refund.

It may take 3-5 banking days, depending on payment method, until you have received your refund.

All returns need to follow above process. We do not accept or pick up packages sent to uses without following above instructions/guidelines.

For returns from outside the European Union (EU), you as customer are responsible for making sure potential duty is paid as we will not accept returns with unpaid duty fees.

Damages and Issues

Your satisfaction and customer experience is our highest priority! 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you return an item because of complaint or damage, we will repair it or exchange it for a new item at no additional cost. Please email us immediately at with complementing information such as pictures of the damages and damaged item.
House of Nori is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, handling, or care.
